About Simplified Construction
Simplified Construction LLC is owned and operated by a second generation General Contractor. We have worked in various states over the last 20+ years and been able to be a part of many fantastic projects. We can honestly say that we have worked on the smallest of jobs to some of the largest jobs in the country at the time they were going on. All of which have helped us become better people and who we are as a company.
Simplified Construction, LLC has worked in various sectors of the construction industry. We have worked on Government projects in multiple states. We have been a partner in multiple State Veteran Homes and Facilities and are very proud to have been able to be a part and give back to those who have sacrificed so much. Simplified Construction, LLC has been able to complete several projects in the hospitality side of things and we enjoy those partnerships. We have worked in the industrial sector of construction and have worked on projects ranging from single story to 10+ stories. We know and understand the complications that come along with new and old construction in these types of projects. Simplified Construction, LLC has done work with several clients that are in what we would call high security. Where we have to be vetted as an organization to be able to bid on and do work. This would include the banking industry, server or computer facilities and dust free/clean room construction projects. Simplified Construction, LLC has built community parks, infrastructure as well as worked on golf courses to provide a finished product that the communities and residence can enjoy.

The Goal of Simplified Construction, LLC together with its employees, subcontractors, vendors and suppliers is to simplify your construction needs. Our goal is build relationships with our clients so that not only are they satisfied with the current project, but they are willing to call us on their next project. Simplified Construction, LLC has a goal to ensure our clients are clients for as long as they might have construction needs, but also a relationship with them so they want to call us and ask how we are doing outside of work.

The vision of Simplified Construction, LLC and the owners is to provide our clients a contractor that they can trust. Providing our clients the opportunity to be as engaged in their projects as much or as little as they would like to be. We know and understand that each client has their own vision of their project and we anticipate by engaging them early and often or as much or as little as they wish to be, it will simplify the time and effort needed to complete your projects. Our vision is to simplify the process of the construction project by providing a trustworthy contractor, subcontracts, vendors and suppliers with years of established relationships, that you can count on to get your project done safely, on time, the best quality and simply for you, our client!
